Family celebration in Kandava, 14.05

Kandava congregation invites you to a Family Celebration

On Sunday, May 14, Kandava congregation and Pastor Uģis Brūklene invite everyone to Family Day in Kandava. During the celebration there will be creative workshops, puppet theater, a lecture and discussions, as well as attractions for children.

The Family Celebration in Kandava is organized by Kandava congregation in cooperation with Kandava Municipality Council and churches of other denominations. The celebration on May 14 will begin with a devotional moment at Bruņinieku hillfort at 11:00,
in case of bad weather it will take place at Kandava Lutheran Church.
At 12:00 the event opening will take place in Old Town Square,
12:30 - puppet theater “Fairy Tale Chest”,
from 13:30 to 15:30 there will be an opportunity to take part in creative workshops,
inflatable attractions for children will also be operating from 13:30.
At 15:00 participants of the celebration will be able to strengthen themselves with soup.
From 15:30 to 18:00 a lecture “Where has the time disappeared?” will take place at Kandava Culture House, given by Uģis Brūklene, pastor of Kandava Evangelical Lutheran congregation. During discussions after the lecture, those present will have the opportunity to ask any questions. Entertainment for children has also been planned during the lecture.

Admission to all Family Day events in Kandava is free.
