Mother’s Day - 8.05

Congratulations on Mother's Day!

May the words from the book of Proverbs be fulfilled in your life!

“10. Who can find a virtuous wife? Let him know that she is more precious than the most valuable pearl.
11 Her husband's heart can rely on her, and he will lack no good thing.
12 She does him only good and brings him no suffering all the days of her life.
13 She knows how to work with wool and flax and willingly does handiwork.
14 She is like the merchants' ships, bringing her food from afar.
15 She rises before daylight, provides food for her household and assigns the day's work to her servants.
16 She considers a field, buys it and plants a vineyard with the means earned by her own hands.
17 She girds her loins with strength and makes her arms strong.
18 She observes that her work brings blessing; her lamp does not go out even at night.
19 She stretches out her hand to the distaff, and her fingers grasp the spindle.
20 She stretches out her hands giving to the poor and extends a helping hand to those in need.
21 She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household has double clothing.
22 She makes coverings for herself; fine linen and purple are her clothing.
23 Her husband is known in the assemblies at the gate, when he sits among the elders of the land.
24 She makes fine garments and sells them; she also sells belts to the merchants.
25 Strength and beauty are her clothing; she smiles without worry toward the coming day.
26 She opens her mouth with wisdom, and loving instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches how her household is doing and does not eat her bread in idleness.
28 Her sons rise before her and call her blessed; her husband comes and praises her:
29 ‘Many daughters and young women live chastely and diligently, but you surpass them all!’
30 Charm is deceptive and beauty passes; a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised and honored.
31 The fruits of her hands will praise her, and her works will commend and praise her in the assemblies at the gate!”
