Bill Johnson and his wife Brenda are senior pastors of the “Bethel” church. As a minister, he is richly endowed with gifts of the Holy Spirit already in the fifth generation. In his view, healing and deliverance are a natural manifestation that should follow the preaching of the Gospel. If we learn to recognize the presence of the Holy Spirit and obey His leading, we will also be able to do the things Jesus did, destroying the works of the devil. Healing is the children's bread. God's miracles are not intended for special occasions but for “everyday life”, the pastor is convinced, and therefore healings from cancer, bone fractures, intellectual and emotional disorders take place in his ministry.



In Bill Johnson's churches people are prepared and trained to be light, bringing the saving message to their homes, workplaces, schools, universities, and so on. “We owe the world love. We have a duty to introduce people to our Saviour. We must desire with all our hearts that more people would encounter Jesus,” says Bill, who burns to see the Gospel message proclaimed with power, as Jesus did.
