Evangelical Alliance Members’ General Meeting on Sunday, 28 June, 17:00

On Sunday, 28 June, 17:00 in Riga, Blaumana iela 38/40, 3rd floor (street view here) there will be

the members’ general meeting of the Latvian Evangelical Alliance

Agenda:

• Report on the previous year;
• Plans for the next year;
• Discussion about the church in emergency situations;
• Prayers;
• Fellowship.

After the annual report, each of us could share our ministry experience during this time.

I invite you to a discussion about the experience of Christ’s church during the national emergency situation, conclusions and action during possible future emergency situations, as well as the spiritual aspects of this historically unique event. What we could do and what should be done in the future. Together we will pray for the church and state of Latvia.

But you, brothers, are not in darkness, so that this day should surprise you like a thief; for you are all children of light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to darkness. Therefore let us not sleep as the others do, but let us be awake and sober. ... Let us put on the breastplate of faith and love and the helmet of the hope of salvation! (1 Thessalonians 5)
