Entrepreneurs and Leaders Retreat - “God’s Guidance Against the Wind”

On 30 June 2023 there will be an entrepreneurs and leaders retreat - “God’s Guidance Against the Wind”.
The event will take place in Sigulda, at the SPA Hotel Ezeri, with long coffee breaks and rest time after lunch in a pleasant natural setting.
We will look at current issues for Christian entrepreneurs and leaders in today’s hurried, tense and often unpredictable age.
We invite you to meet other entrepreneurs and leaders working and serving in a similar environment, for lectures, testimonies and mutual exchange of experience.
The lectures will include:
- Leadership in business challenges in Latvia today,
- Fearlessly being a Christian in today’s business environment,
- Time planning and priorities,
- Finding silence and hearing God.
The event will take place on Friday, 30 June, 9:00-17:00.
Registration fee - 69 EUR (when registering by 12 June) or 79 EUR (after 12 June). Registration closes on 16 June.

Lectures and seminars will be interactive, with small groups and testimonies from various Latvian
entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders.
Chris Simpson’s lectures will be in English; the rest of the programme will be in Latvian.
Participation fee for the 30 June programme - 69 EUR (reduced fee
extended until 12 June), later registration - 79 EUR.
The fee includes the whole programme, including lectures, lunch and coffee breaks.
Registration closes on 16 June.
The event takes place at Ezeri Hotel SPA in Sigulda.

Fee for the 29 June programme, meals, SPA, overnight stay and breakfast:
- 99 EUR per person if choosing to stay with another participant in a double room,
- 135 EUR per person if staying in a single room. About the speakers:
Chris Simpson - President of CBMC International. He began his service in the United States Marine Corps, worked in the U.S. Secret Service with elite groups,
including organising international logistics operations, served as a diplomatic
attache in Colombia and led broad organisational strategy across a region of 19 Latin American countries. Since the end of 2022 he has served as the leader of CBMC International.

Maris Dizgalvis - Chairman of the Board of CBMC Latvia, founder and manager of SIA Inducont. Within CBMC Latvia he has organised entrepreneurs’
breakfasts for many years and has also led Christian entrepreneurs’ Forum groups.
Armands Abolitis - founder and manager of SIA Perfect Sales Academy, one of the best Baltic experts in sales, customer service and
management. The company has carried out more than 2000 engaging corporate
training projects for companies in various business sectors.
Andris Ozolins - board member of CBMC Latvia, works day to day as a project
manager at the UL Institute of Solid State Physics. For the last 10 years he has led development
projects in strategy, international cooperation, organisational processes and
infrastructure development. In CBMC Latvia he promotes the development of entrepreneurs’ and leaders’ Forum groups and provides event support.
