Dr. Otomārs was born in Latvia. After the horrors of war he experienced in childhood, refugee journeys and a miracle of rescue, he came to America, where he met Christ in a radical way and with great zeal began to devote his life to Him. Otomārs served for many years as a pastor in Denver. In recent years he has continued to serve both in churches as a guest minister and individually to people in his home in Colorado Springs. Otomārs has been given a prophetic gift and is one of those Christians who has tried to be at all the world's "hot spots" of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, wanting to receive anointing so that he could pass it on to others. With us, Otomārs will minister through prophecy and will lead a seminar entitled: "The unknown obstacle to God's answer in the lives of sincere Christians - a hard heart." During the seminar, each person will be able to measure the hardness of his or her own heart and take steps to remove this obstacle from life.
