with many years of experience in public relations (lecturer at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, 1998-2008), head of the Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Welfare (1999-2002), editor of Latvian Radio programs and news services (1988-1999).
Ilze Šēfere-Siliņa, head of the Labdarības Faktors portal,
with many years of experience in the NGO sector in public relations and fundraising - Ziedot.lv portal, NGO Institute (2003-2010), co-author of the study "What do Latvian NGOs lack?" and author of manuals on organizational activity.
