REFORMATION COLOURS 2021 Video Conference

Believe in the light while you still have the light, so that you may become children of light.

The conference cycle “Reformation Colours” began with the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in 2017 and is planned to continue until the 500th anniversary of Riga’s Reformation in 2022.

The Reformation, one of the most important civilisational events of our era, returned God’s Word - the Bible - to people, which in society resulted in human equality, recognition of personal rights, abolition of estates and various systems of slavery, general human education and, together with the above, growth in the welfare of all peoples. A large part of the Christian church returned to the principles of the original apostolic church and evangelical faith.

As heirs of this gift of God’s grace and of the work of many millions of witnesses of blood, we have a duty and a holy task to continue this relay race and pass it on to future generations. To do this, we must come to know and value this treasure. This conference cycle helps us see the great diversity of events and the countless battles of faith that have been fought in the search for Truth. When nations ignore this gift of God, they risk again falling into slavery to estate systems and spiritual dependence.
