Entrepreneurs and Leaders Breakfast on 26.09.25

On 26 September from 9:00 to 11:00

there will be an entrepreneurs and leaders breakfast.

The breakfast guest will be entrepreneur and physician Martins Kapickis.

Martins is a co-owner and board member of Latvijas Mikrokirurgijas Centrs, a practicing microsurgeon and Doctor of Medical Sciences. The company has a turnover of EUR 6 million and a team of 60 employees.

His hobby is aviation: he is building a replica of a historic aircraft based on the Evans Volksplane 2 plans, holds an amateur pilot licence, and is also fond of fishing.

Martins is married and has four adult children, two of whom are adopted.

At this breakfast you will hear Martins' story as an entrepreneur and doctor: the beginnings of his professional work, his life journey, leadership challenges, career decisions and lessons learned, as well as God's role in shaping and guiding Martins in his professional and private life.
