Churches are invited to order buses for getting to the Baltic Youth Festival

On 9 June, the Baltic Youth Festival will take place at Arena Riga - the largest music festival of faith testimony
in the Baltics. So that everyone interested from Latvia, Lithuania,
and Estonia can attend the festival, churches have the opportunity to order buses that will bring young people from other cities to Riga.

The Baltic Youth Festival is an opportunity for churches to lead young people to Christ and offer them a spiritual
home in their church. Therefore church young people can invite to the festival their friends who do not know Christ,
while churches can reserve buses in good time that will bring young people to Riga on the day of the festival and
after the festival - back home.

First the church itself must reserve a bus for getting to the festival, or in cooperation with the Baltic
Youth Festival Reservations Department find the most advantageous bus offer. When the church has
ordered a bus, it must send an application to the Baltic Youth Festival office with information
about the number of people, the bus, its address, and the person responsible for the group reservation. The application
form can be found on the festival website WWW.BYF2012.LV.

Based on the application, the Baltic Youth Festival registers the group and sends to the address indicated in the application
the required number of invitations in a specific sector of Arena Riga, as well as a parking pass
for the bus. The church must also indicate in the application the bus rental cost and the amount that the Baltic
Youth Festival should compensate to the church. The festival organizers are ready to cover for churches up to
90% of the bus rental fee.

We invite churches to order buses as soon as possible in order to secure more favourable bus prices.
Timely group registration for the festival also has its advantages, because in this way the church secures
seat availability for its group, as well as reservation of the best places in Arena Riga. Since young people from all three Baltic countries
will take part in the festival, the festival organizers invite you to remember that the number of places in Arena
Riga is limited. And please note that the first buses to the festival have already been ordered!

Individual festival visitors will also soon be able to reserve their place in Arena Riga
through the online reservation system on the festival website. For groups registered by churches, however,
this will not be necessary, because seats in Arena Riga will already be reserved for them.
