All-Latvia Prayer Night, 02-03.12

"Let us come before His face with thanksgiving, let us shout joyfully to Him with our songs of praise!" /1 Pet. 1:1/

Dear friends!

Three years have already passed since the Prayer Night project began inviting churches to dedicate nights to praying together to God. During these years God has done many amazing things - in people, in churches and also in Latvia. We have certainly begun to pray more and, accordingly, to experience God more. Three years is a time that has gathered dozens of churches together in simultaneous common prayer. Through Latvian Christian Radio, thousands of people have been together during the nights. We have experienced freedom, delight, joy and tears. AND THIS HAS BEEN GOD'S WORK!

The time has come to say THANK YOU to our Heavenly Father with all our hearts. First, for who He is - the Almighty, Holy God, the Creator, who is from eternity to eternity and has chosen to love us and call us His children. He has also heard our voices as we cried to heaven. How could we not thank Him for that?
Yes! With all our hearts, all our minds and all our strength! The end of the year is also here, and it is time for the closing THANKSGIVING Prayer Night, so that with testimonies, songs and prayer we may thank our Father for everything He has done. Let us worship Him as selflessly as possible!
Therefore we invite Christian churches and home groups of all denominations from December 2 at 22:00 until whatever time is possible on December 3 to a united night of thanksgiving - "This Night the Heavens Are Open". Latvian Christian Radio will have a special program during the night.
